Has anyone heard of the new Compact Fluorescent Lights (CFL) causing seizures? Or know a good site about it.?

At the apartment building I work at, we have just installed 8 Compact Fluorescent Lights in every apartment. We have a couple of tenants saying that the new bulbs will cause seizures. I can't find anything except that the new technology used, prevents flashing in Compact Fluorescent Lights.
