Do you think Mrs. Clinton is really convinced Pakistan is using US aid wisely and taking postive steps?

She was convinced everyone was too stupid to know she wasn't really a bullet ducking wonder woman; if she puts on a burka and shuts up I'll have one good thing to say about her!
