Should America be tried for breaches of human rights for their treatment of the prisoners in Guantanamo Bay.?

no i think we should just except the same treatment for our soldiers. to late to take it back and you can give all the lip service you want, we have done it and got caught. so now no matter what we say other country's will always believe it happens in private, and so will I. we might as well stop trying to act like we are better then everyone else. and just come clean.
