Is this an appendicitis?

I noticed last night the right side of my lower stomach was really hurting, and going down my lower back on the right side. Its morning now and it still hurts. I'm starting to feel a little nauseated and the pain is still there ecspecially when i move my right leg. What is this? Why is my stomach hurting? I went to the chiropractor yesterday but i normally don't have complications from that. It really really hurts when i sneeze, and its only on my right side. is this an apendicitis?
