What's the name of this old online video?

I'm guessing it could have something to do with VANESSA Williams, the first African-American woman crowned "Miss America", in 1983. She was stripped of her title when photographs soon appeared in Penthouse magazine (no pun intended) and a video from back then might be in the mix. Again, just an educated guess.
