UFC Undisputed Disk Problems (X-Box 360)?

Ok so my brother just bought the new Ufc game when we got home and tried to play the game it came up as mixed media disk and could not play it i took it out and put it back in came up as Play DVD didn't work then after turning it off and on taking it out cleaning it it came up as play game then it showed disk unreadable i think this i BS and would like to know wtf is wrong before we take it back
