I think I am pregnant!!!!?

okay I had on the day after my period ended. I got my next period 5 days early and it only lasted 3 days which is rare. It was irregular too. On the first day it was a couple brownish spots then the next day it was regualar and on the last day it was spotty. It's a couple weeks later and my really hurt and I woke up this morning around 5 oclock so nauseated but I didn't vomit...and I was fine later! Do you think I may be pregnant?
