How do I set up my bagpipe drone reeds???

You really need to be taking proper lessons from an instructor. These type of things need to be shown to you and there is no way you are going to lean this over the internet or from a book or from one lesson. The fact of the matter is, you don't know enough to determine if you have a problem with the chanter reed and if you can't figure out which end of the reed goes into the stock, you aren't ready to play the pipes.
