Does the Herbal Essences Dangerously Straight range make your hair fall out!?!?

I just bought the Shampoo, Conditioner and Leave-in Style Cream today and was so excited to try a new product that would hopefully make my hair less frizzy and poofy. I love the smell and the actual liquid is PINK so I loved it;) But then I looked up the products and people complained that their hair fell out after using it:( I have thin, frizzy, slightly wavy hair (more on the straight side) and I DO NOT need my hair falling out. I use a salon product which is more expensive but weighed my hair down (Herbal Essences didn't) and left my hair frizzy and horrible. Herbal Essences made my hair perfect! What should I do? Trust the reviews and go back to my old product or stick with Herbal Essences?
