Bleeding/Cramping after unprotected ?

i have had a marina inserted for over a year now after i had my daughter and i recently had unprotected with my fiance and he came inside me, and after words, i started getting bad cramping in my right side, my urine was very strong, and light bleeding in my pee. i am also very scared of becoming pregnant again. what should i do? is there anything i can do ?
