At what point does the US say to heck with the UN regarding the N.Korean insane rhetoric?Is there time to.?

call his bluff,July 4 may not be the date of an attack he may do it sooner,then what do we have on our hands,three wars?The US can't sustain another war.Also we can't count on any allies helping out.
