How do I publicise a site selling fake GHD straighteners and other products?

My daughter bought some GHD hair straighteners in good faith from WWW.CHARMPLAZA.COM which link with WWW.FOOTWEAR-VENDORS.COM which turned out to be fake. I even did a search beforehand to see if they were flagged up as a fake site. When they were contacted they said "they never said they were the real thing and if we had said we only wanted the genuine article they would have cancelled the order" and refused a refund. So how do we let as many people as possible know what scam artists they are?
