HELP! 2 newborn kittens that are only 3 days old with fleas!?

Two days ago, in our sun room i found 3 newborn kittens but sadly 1 has died. I see the mother cat give them milk and stuff but now i looked real close at the 2 remaining ones and they have fleas! what do i do because i mean they still have umbilical cords and the mom is giving them milk and i dont want to harm them. should i take them to a shelter or something?? But they're still so young!
