6 month old kitten sneezing alot?

well, i have had my girl kitten Paisley, since January. she would sneeze once every so often. But today she's been sneezing so much. She has been sleeping practically all day, and she has eaten barely anything at all today. The last time we took her to the vet was 4/22, so it hasn't been that long. . .what should i do?
