HELP! Taking Bones from trout after cooking????????? looking for some guidance please?

Once it's cooked, you just make sure you lift half of it to one side then gently lift the tail and the whole backbone should lift out. You might have a few small bones left where the fins were so check those areas out, but either way, the bones will literally fall out if the fish is cooked properly.
