How do i get rid of him?

ive been in a relationship for a year . i admit we rushed things , he is my live in boyfriend. he annoys me, he's messy ,immature plays play station when hes home from work , treats me like a maid. iron , cook , clean get me coffee and borrows my car everyday to go to work. im so sick of him . i've broken up with him before and he cries and says he wants to die and gives me this guilt for leaving him. i care about him and his feelings i dont want to hurt him so i took him back . i feel that he is manipulative and i have no freedom. no air to breath he always wants to be part of my daily routines or i have to stay home. there are so many things that i can write a book on this irritating relationship. he is rude to my friends , to me and to his family and he's nice when he is really happy which he is usually negative and overwhelmed or sees i have a pissy face bc of something hes done. we have so many problems.. please help i've gotten depression due to this demanding and unstable emotional relationship? any kind words if your gonna insult me id rather not hear it. serious answers please. need to know an effective way to end this relationship now
